Our Coffee

At LBV, we look at coffee as a culinary art and believe espresso and coffee to be an integral part of a good meal, whether in our coffee house or your own home.

We roast our coffees right here in the shop, and our roasting process combines the art of  traditional “Old World” style coffee roasting done by sight, sound, and smell with state-of-the-art science and technology (infrared, high efficiency/earth friendly heating). This gives us the ability to analyze each roast and customize it to our specifications.

Our selection of green coffee beans comes largely from the top 5-10% of coffee from all corners of the world, which is what defines a coffee as “specialty grade”. In order to capture the peak aroma, body, and flavor, our beans are varietal specific and small-batch roasted.

Whole bean coffee is also available, pre-packaged or loose, allowing you to create your own “custom blend”.
